Catching Up - Washington Trip

The last week of December we drove to visit the
Washington Luker contignency. As you can see, we had the best
time with Kolton, Hunter, Laqui, Marcie, Jason and Steve! Robbie
absolutely loves being with Kolton and Hunter!!!! The men stayed
up late at night competing on the Wii. I actually had some much
needed 'women-time' with Marcie. As a result of my time with her,
I started to new year rejuvenated, and continue to feel motivated to be healthier, happier and more creative. We only have one selffish wish - that we all lived super close! Dan, Robbie, Eli and
I would love that more than anything.

Breakfast with Santa

An annual Hendrix holiday tradition, we love, is to have breakfast with Santa. Though Robbie's not sure how he feels about sitting on Santa's lap, he loves to say, "Ho, Ho, Ho". As you can see, Robbie loves spending time with his cousins.

Holiday Season 2008

Happy Holidays family and friends. This is our first post to our family blog. As our blog takes shape, we hope you will preview and enjoy it. We are in our new home for the holidays. Preparations for Santa's arrival are slow and constant. The tree is up and decorated with trais, plans and automobiles. Dan and Robbie set up a train under the tree. It runs during the evening and throughout the weekends. Robbie is walking and climbing everywhere. When he isn't pulling at the stockings, hung on the staircase, he is chasing the train, or putting toys in the toilet or garbage cans. Santa starting hiding Robbie's presents, but Dan has already found them. We are spending the holidays with our family and friends. We are eating breakfast with Santa, at the Alta Club, this Saturday. This is a Hendrix family tradition we really enjoy! After breakfast we will be playing pool, chess and eating snacks in their billiard room. We are setting up new holiday traditions for our family. We are excited to participate in the holiday festivities with you all.
